Q: Can I try the trial version before the purchase?

A: Yes, you may download the trial version and have a try first.

Q: How to purchase and register the software?

A: Simply click the "Buy" button to buy. Within an hour after payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This email contains the Registration Code. Enter this Registration Code in the Registration window and click "Register".

Q: Could I order the CD-ROM version?

A: Sure, you can. Please go to the order page . Then select "CD-ROM" at Delivery and pay for the shipment handle fee. Then you will get the CD-ROM version of LACOJ software.

Q: I have got my register code, how to register?

A: After we get your payment, we will send you an email containing your registration code. Then you can register the program by entering your Registration Code and the Email address you used to buy our software.

Q: I lost my register code, how to retrieve it?

A:You can go to" Contact Us" page to enter the Live Help center or submit your question in the Ticket System for timely help.

Q: If I purchase your software, can I upgrade it for free in the future?

A: Yes, you will get free upgrade.

Q: What is LACOJ products' refund policy?
